Job Training at The Wigwam

Job training not only benefits individuals, but also employers and the community. The vision for Workforce Education at the Wigwam is to provide an opportunity for the neighborhood and adjoining residents to receive job training and other employment related services to strengthen the workforce and be a catalyst for job creation.

Adults and youth will benefit from the following job training and other employment supportive services:

• Workshops
• On-the-job training
• Work-based learning
• Cohort post-secondary education
• Professional credentialing
• Vocational & trade school programs
• Supportive services for veterans or job seekers with disabilities or legal barriers
• Integrated learning combining education, occupational skills, and support services for at risk youth
