Once the site of the abandoned track and field of the former Anderson High School, the apartment building will leverage sustainable design concepts and an array of amenities and services geared toward mental and physical health & fitness, education, and job training for its residents. The former Wigwam property will be transformed into 44 units in 3 stories. The apartments will open in 2019.
Located on the westside of Anderson, the Fieldhouse Apartments are strategically located near downtown Anderson, Anderson University, Ivy Tech, and adjacent to the Wigwam Talent & Development Center. This new multifamily housing building will enhance the area surrounding the existing Wigwam building and adapt to the current architectural needs of the neighborhood.

Meridian Health Services is the service provider, and seeks to connect our residents with vital services, such as Social Security and Medical services. A Meridian Health Services office will be located in the clubhouse.
